Payment

A daily attendance charge will be recorded via Parentpay and payment must be cleared in full each week. Parents may pay on account weekly if they wish.

If you have been issued with a charge during the term you must pay the total amount even if you drop any sessions during the period. It is essential that you give seven weeks’ notice of any decrease in the number of sessions required so that charges can be adjusted accordingly.

You will be charged full fees if your child does not attend on the days he/she has booked unless your child is hospitalised, in which case you will be charged half rate. This has been done to ensure that your child’s place is kept open and not taken by a child on the waiting list.  Please keep the school informed.

In the event of fees outstanding for more than two consecutive months without prior arrangement, parents may receive a written notice to withdraw their child from the Breakfast Club if fees due are not settled straight away. Such action will be at the discretion of the school’s Headteacher
