  Today, we welcomed our parent and toddler back into school for their first session since the pandemic!   And, with it being pancake day tomorrow - what better theme for the day!? Participants both young and older got hands-on making Play Doh food and using our new play kitchen and accessories - many thanks to Mr Alan Bloor and members of The Haywood Society for their generous donation which allowed us to purchase these!

  Our parent and toddler sessions take place every Monday at 1.30pm - come along and join us!

   

  

• Children's Mental Health Week

  The children have enjoyed looking at different aspects of mental health as part of Children's Mental Health Week, this week. Class 3 created this fantastic display! Class 4 created their own artwork inspired by the slogan, ‘Growing Together’. They considered aspects of themselves that they would like to grow, such as confidence, self esteem and resilience. Well done!

  

• Bikeability

  A huge well done to Y3, Y4 and Y5 for their participation and maturity in the Bikeability sessions this week. Both of the instructors commented on the children’s fabulous listening skills and were very impressed. Well done for working hard to improve your bike safety skills, important skills for now and in the future.
