  To celebrate British Science Week, class 1 became scientists! The children made seed bombs and planted them in their outdoor area. The children loved making the seed bombs and can't wait for the garden area to 'explode with colour'. We will be monitoring the progress and hopefully see some lovely flowers soon

  We also spoke about what plants need to grow as well as discussing the parts of a plant. The children in reception created a lovely, labelled diagram of a flower too! Well done!

   

  

• Prayer Garden Makeover

  Class 1 have been busy tidying up our prayer garden. They have also painted prayer stones and thought about those who need help.

  Whilst they were tidying our prayer garden, they found lots of insects but their most interesting find was an old rusty tin that we can't open! The children have had some amazing ideas of what might be in the tin and have even thought about how we might be able to get into the tin.

   

  The children are looking forward to investigating further!
